We are looking to expand our team in our East London office. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• London-based, or willing to relocate
• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative role, with a strong portfolio of 3D projects
• Solid understanding of the CGI pipeline (technical skills a bonus)
• Skilled in creating pitch decks, mood boards, and style guides that align with our studio’s aesthetic
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to clients
• Lead projects with confidence, contributing unique creative ideas for treatments and pitches
• Address client feedback thoughtfully and manage teams to ensure high standards of quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Positive, detail-oriented, team player with a passion for innovation and creative excellence
• Keen interest in wider industry contexts to stay aware and ahead of trends

• Strong technical skills in C4D or Houdini, Davinci or After Effects, with rendering expertise in Octane or Redshift
• Skilled in animating cameras and directing motion with keyframes
• Strong sense of composition and lighting
• Able to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem solver with an adaptive, open-minded approach to new techniques and feedback
• Team player with excellent time-management, organisational, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality work
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in cinema, advertising, and culture

• Must have base understanding and skills using in Cinema4D
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere a bonus
• Interest in AI software and workflows a bonus
• Studying or studied a creative course
• Background in graphic design or photography, with a passion for creative visuals
As an intern, you will:
• Work with industry-standard tools including Cinema 4D and Octane
• Hone your design skills with a focus on composition, lighting, and product aesthetics
• Create assets and contribute creative ideas to live projects
• Learn to manage deadlines and troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the creative team, sharing work and receiving feedback
