We are looking to expand our team in our London office. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• London-based, or willing to relocate
•5+ years of experience working in a team at an established studio
• Strong technical skills in C4D/Houdini, After Effects, with rendering expertise in Octane or Redshift
• Strong sense of storytelling, composition, lighting and design principles
• Creative problem solver with an adaptive, open-minded approach, able to troubleshoot under pressure
• Lead projects with confidence, mentoring and inspiring our design team, raising the creative bar
• Manage teams to ensure high standards of quality and address client feedback thoughtfully
• Skilled in creating pitch decks, mood boards, and style guides that align with our studio’s aesthetic
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to clients
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, team player with a passion for innovation and creative excellence
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in wider industry contexts to stay ahead of trends

• Strong sense of composition and lighting
• Able to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines

• Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality work
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in cinema, advertising, and culture

• Must have base understanding and skills using in Cinema4D
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere a bonus
• Interest in AI software and workflows a bonus
• Studying or studied a creative course
• Background in graphic design or photography, with a passion for creative visuals
As an intern, you will:
• Work with industry-standard tools including Cinema 4D and Octane
• Hone your design skills with a focus on composition, lighting, and product aesthetics
• Create assets and contribute creative ideas to live projects
• Learn to manage deadlines and troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the creative team, sharing work and receiving feedback
