• Supports project scoping, quoting, and scheduling using Google Sheets
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and keep workflows on track

• Tracks progress, communicates updates, and keeps both clients and designers aligned
• Prepares and quality-checks deliverables, ensuring work meets studio standards

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative role, with a strong portfolio of 3D projects
• Solid understanding of the CGI pipeline (technical skills a bonus)
• Skilled in creating pitch decks, mood boards, and style guides that align with our studio’s aesthetic
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to clients
• Lead projects with confidence, contributing unique creative ideas for treatments and pitches
• Address client feedback thoughtfully and manage teams to ensure high standards of quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Positive, detail-oriented, team player with a passion for innovation and creative excellence
• Keen interest in wider industry contexts to stay aware and ahead of trends
